By accessing or using the website at www.treeservicescamarillo.com or by engaging Rapid Camarillo Tree Services ("we," "us," or "our") for tree services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Rapid Camarillo Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services in Camarillo, CA and surrounding areas, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The specific scope of work for each job is defined in a written estimate or work order provided before services begin.
All estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. Prices are subject to change if conditions change materially between the estimate and the date of service - for example, if a tree has fallen or additional hazards have developed. We will notify you of any price change before proceeding.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Verbal quotes are not binding. All pricing is in US dollars.
Jobs are scheduled based on crew availability. We will provide you with a scheduled date and a time window. Weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible if we need to change a scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled job may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs, which will be communicated to you at time of booking.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins, which will be stated in the written estimate.
Unpaid invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance after 30 days. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through any lawful means.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the completed job, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern is within the scope of the original work order.
We do not warrant the health or survival of any tree after trimming or pruning, as tree health is affected by factors outside our control including soil conditions, drought, pests, and disease. Our workmanship warranty covers the quality of cuts made and debris removal only.
We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. If damage to your property occurs during the job as a direct result of our negligence, we will file a claim through our insurer. Please report any damage to the crew lead before they leave the site.
Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from undisclosed underground utilities, or consequences of trees that were already structurally compromised at the time of service.
